After many years in sales in the medical industry, I felt my true calling was Learning & Development. Growing up as the child of a coach, helping guide others is something that is innate. From a young age, my twin brother Rob and I would train younger athletes in athletics, weight training, speed & conditioning. As each of our athletic aspirations grew into fruition, I continued my coaching career in lacrosse – and still do to this day. For me, coaching others is everything…it what I feel is my true calling.
